Leaf 07 · The studio
AttorneyWebStudio designs, builds and manages websites for multi-attorney and multi-office law firms, on one monthly fee, with the build fee charged only after the site is live. We are a website studio. The practice of law stays with you.
Who is behind it
AttorneyWebStudio is a small studio that does one thing: it designs, builds, hosts and manages websites for law firms. There is no ad management upsell and no long contract. A designer, a developer and a writer work from one brief for each firm, and a person at the studio answers every email within one working day.
We work with firms across the country remotely. The firms we are built for are growing: adding attorneys, opening offices, merging practices. The site we build is shaped for that growth from the first day.

How we work
Design first, then structure
Every site starts from the firm's own type, color and tone inside our system, then gets the structure every growing firm needs: a page per matter type, a page per office, a profile per attorney.
Intake is part of the build
The intake router and the CRM connection are configured on the onboarding call, not bolted on later. Routing rules use the same offices and matter types the pages do.
Managed every week
Detail updates every week, 5 revisions a month turned around in 2 to 5 working days, 2 researched articles a week. Nobody at the firm logs in to anything.
Paid the way a firm would want
The first monthly invoice starts the build. The build fee is invoiced only after the site is live and approved. Live in 7 days on Solo Practice.

The team
A designer
Owns the firm's type, color and layout system and applies it to every page, office and profile.
A developer
Hand-builds the pages, the intake router, the CRM connection and the redirects from your old site, and keeps the site fast.
A writer
Writes the practice area pages and the 2 researched articles a week, answer-first and cited, never as advice.
A person to email
Every change, question and weekly update goes to a person at the studio, who replies within one working day.
The standards
Core Web Vitals
Pages built for Google's page experience measures, and 90+ on PageSpeed Insights.
WCAG 2.2 AA in mind
Contrast, keyboard use, focus states, alt text and reduced motion handled in the build.
schema.org structured data
Organization, LegalService, LocalBusiness, Person, Service, FAQPage and BreadcrumbList where the page supports them.
Attorney advertising awareness
Copy written to avoid guarantees, outcome claims and comparisons, the concerns behind the ABA Model Rules 7.1 to 7.3.
Values
- 01
Say the price
Every plan, the build fee and the revision terms are published. A firm should be able to compare us without a sales call.
- 02
Stay silent about the law
We build and run websites. We never give legal advice, never describe outcomes and never let a page read as advice to a reader.
- 03
Leave the firm in control
The domain stays in the firm's name, there is no fixed term, and content leaves with the firm if it ever goes.
- 04
Structure before decoration
A page per matter type, per office and per attorney does more for a firm than any effect on a homepage.
- 05
Answer first
Every heading on a site we build is answered in its first sentence, for readers, search engines and AI assistants alike.
- 06
Keep it current
A website is only as accurate as its last update. Weekly updates are part of every plan for that reason.
The first year
The commitments behind every plan, set out in the order a firm meets them.
01Within one working day of ordering
A person at the studio confirms your plan and books the onboarding call.
02Within 7 to 15 days
Your site is live on your domain, after you have reviewed and approved it on a private link. The build fee is invoiced only then.
03Every week
Detail updates published, and 2 researched articles a week added to the site.
04Every month
5 revisions of any size, each completed within 2 to 5 working days, requested from your client portal.
05Within 3 to 5 months
Local searches in your area start ranking, or the search work continues at no extra charge until they do.
06Whenever you choose
Cancel by email with 2 business days notice before your next invoice. Your domain and your content leave with you.
Where we work
We work remotely with firms in every state, from Texas, Florida and California to New York, Illinois, Georgia, including firms whose attorneys are admitted in more than one state. Onboarding, the review call and every update happen by video call and email.
Every state, one process
Onboarding, review and weekly updates run the same way whether the firm is in one city or across 4 time zones.
Bar admissions shown per attorney
Each profile lists the states an attorney is admitted in, so a two-state firm reads correctly everywhere.
State advertising rules applied
You tell us the state bar rules and labels that apply to your firm and we apply them page by page.
Office pages for your cities
Location and service-area pages are built on your site for your cities and counties, not on ours.
Business hours: Central time, with calls booked across Eastern, Central, Mountain, Pacific time.

- TXTexasFirms with offices in Houston, Dallas and San Antonio, where one site has to route by metro area.
- FLFloridaFirms spread along both coasts, often with Spanish-language intake alongside English.
- CACaliforniaFirms with Northern and Southern California offices several hours apart.
- NYNew YorkFirms whose attorneys are admitted in New York and a neighboring state, shown on every profile.
- ILIllinoisChicago firms with suburban offices, where county matters for routing.
- GAGeorgiaAtlanta firms adding offices across the metro and beyond.
Built with the rules in mind
These pages help you meet the rules your firm works under. They are not legal advice, and the firm reviews and approves them; we change any wording your compliance review asks for as a weekly update.
01Privacy policy
Written for how your site actually collects inquiries, and linked from every form.
02Terms of use
The terms for using the firm's website, in plain language.
03Cookie policy with real consent
Analytics and marketing tags stay off until a visitor agrees, and the policy lists what the consent choice controls.
04Accessibility statement
A statement of the standard the site is built to, WCAG 2.2 AA in mind, and how a visitor reports a problem. It helps you meet the accessibility expectations US firms face.
05Attorney advertising disclaimers
The disclaimers and labels your state bar requires, on the pages you specify. Most state rules build on the ABA Model Rules 7.1 to 7.3; you tell us yours and we apply them.
06No attorney-client relationship notice
On every intake route, chat and form: submitting an inquiry is not legal advice and does not create an attorney-client relationship.
07SMS consent wording
Where the AI Engine texts prospects, opt-in wording sits on the form, and we file the A2P 10DLC registration carriers expect.
In their words
They asked to see the questions customers genuinely ask us about legal intake, which I respected. The recurring questions were pulled out, rewritten clearly, and approved line by line by our team. The phone calls about basic legal intake details have noticeably thinned out.

The audit found our legal intake details repeated across several pages, each worded slightly differently. Consolidation came with a checklist, so a change in one place is checked everywhere it matters. It is the least glamorous work they did, and possibly the most valuable.
Jonathan AllertonPractice director, Corporate advisory practiceBurlington, VT GotContent audit and update process for legal intake on Solo Practice
Our content meetings about legal intake used to run on anecdote. The report separates genuine inquiries from raw traffic and leaves message content out of it. It establishes honest measurement without pretending to prove results.

The bylines
Two editorial personas carry the blog. They are fictional, hold no credentials, are not attorneys, and nothing they write is legal advice.
The line we do not cross
We are not a law firm, attorney or legal service provider. We do not give legal advice, we do not assess matters, and nothing on this site or on a site we build for a firm creates an attorney-client relationship. The intake router routes inquiries; it does not evaluate them. The AI receptionist collects details; it does not advise. Everything a client relies on a lawyer for stays with the firm. Our disclaimer sets this out in full.
