An estate planning website works when a visitor who searched for "do I need a trust" finds a clear, plain-language page, understands what a first meeting involves, and books it with the attorney nearest them. We build a page per service, a page per office, and an intake route built for people who are planning rather than panicking.

The problem

  • The site uses the firm's vocabulary, so a visitor searching in plain words never finds the page for what they need.
  • There is no explanation of what happens at a first meeting or what to bring, so people postpone booking.
  • Multiple offices share one generic contact form, and a visitor in one county is called back by an attorney in another.
  • Fee ranges for standard documents are not published, so every call starts with the same question.

Where it works

We build for estate planning firms across the US, by video call and email. Office pages and service-area pages are built for the cities and counties you serve, and each attorney profile lists every state they are admitted in.

Pages an estate planning site carries: Wills; Revocable and irrevocable trusts; Probate and estate administration; Business succession planning; Intake router for planning matters. Tiber, the stag mascot, presents it.

The build

Each one written answer-first for a specific search, each routing to the attorney and office that take it.

  1. Home
  2. Wills
  3. Revocable and irrevocable trusts
  4. Powers of attorney and healthcare directives
  5. Probate and estate administration
  6. Business succession planning
  7. What to bring to a first meeting
  8. One page per office
  9. One profile per attorney

In their words

  • I tested the legal intake page on my own phone before we approved anything. The important details sit near the top and the inquiry button is impossible to miss. It is far more practical than the old page when we share it with a caller.

  • We used to forward legal intake emails around and hope somebody had replied. Every inquiry arrives with an owner, a status, and the context attached. Holiday cover stopped being an archaeological exercise.

The schedule

What the monthly fee covers on every plan, and, just as plainly, what it does not.

    The site

Practice area pages, an office page per location, a profile per attorney, and a blog. Designed and hand-built by the studio.

Three questions, then the inquiry goes to the right office or attorney with your consultation terms shown.

  • 03

What is not included

  • Legal advice or a compliance sign-off

We are not a law firm. We write to avoid outcome claims and add the disclaimers you ask for, but the firm reviews its content and stays responsible for its advertising rules.

  • Revisions beyond 5 a month

Each extra revision is a flat $20, with no hourly billing. Weekly detail updates never count as revisions.

  • AI usage on the AI Engine plans

The AI Engine is inside the Multi-Attorney and Multi-Office fee; the minutes answered and messages handled are billed at cost each month, with a running total you can see.

  • The AI Engine on Solo Practice

Solo Practice carries the full site, intake router and management. The AI receptionist, chat and messaging agents start on Multi-Attorney.

  • Social posts, reels and Google Business Profiles below Multi-Office

The Content Engine is on Multi-Office only. The other plans carry 2 researched articles a week.

  • A photographer on site

We give photography direction and build around the photos you send, or design pages that work without photos. We do not send a photographer.

  • Heavy third-party scripts against our advice

The 90+ PageSpeed guarantee does not cover scripts you ask us to add after we have told you what they will cost the score.

How it works

Nothing advances along a track here. Each stage takes weight off the firm and puts it on the studio, until the beam sits level on the day the site goes live.

Questions from estate planning firms

01Can we publish flat fees for standard documents?

Yes, where your jurisdiction allows it. The site shows the fees you give us on the service pages and in the router, and updates them the same week they change.

02Do the articles explain trusts and probate?

They explain what these instruments generally are and how the process typically works in your state, with sources, in plain words, and with a note that they are not advice for any reader's own estate.

03Can the site serve an older audience well?

Yes. Large readable type, high contrast in both light and dark modes, a phone number on every page and a short router with no jargon are part of the standard build.

04How does the site handle several offices?

Each office has its own page with the attorneys who meet clients there, and the router sends the inquiry to the office the visitor chose so the callback comes from someone local.

05Which plan suits an estate planning practice?

Most solo and small estate planning practices start on Solo Practice. Firms with several offices, or that want social posts and Google Business Profiles managed, choose Multi-Office.

06Can the site explain wills, trusts and probate separately?

Yes. Each gets its own page written in plain language, with a short FAQ and the attorneys who handle it.

07Can clients book a consultation online?

Yes. The intake router files the inquiry in your CRM and, on the AI Engine plans, the agents can book the consultation into the right office calendar.

08Can we run seminars from the site?

Yes. A seminar page can carry dates, details and a sign-up route into your CRM, updated as a weekly detail change.
