01When exactly does the Black Friday price run?
From Tuesday, November 24, 2026 to Monday, November 30, 2026, which is 7 days. It brackets Friday, November 27, 2026, the Friday the sale is named after, and closes at the end of the Monday. An engagement started inside that window gets the price; one started outside it does not.
02Does this stack on top of the waived build fee?
No, and it does not need to. The $797 build fee being struck is part of this offer, not a second offer sitting under it. What the Black Friday week adds is 30 percent off the monthly plan for the first 3 months. There is no third discount to ask for.
03What do we pay in month 4?
The standing plan price: $137 on Solo Practice, $297 on Multi-Attorney, $747 on Multi-Office. The discount covers the first 3 months and then the plan continues at its published price. Nothing is backdated, nothing is clawed back, and there is no fixed term holding you there.
04We want to order now, before the window opens. What happens?
You get the standing offer, which is the $797 build fee struck from the engagement, open until Thursday, December 31, 2026. The 30 percent monthly discount only applies to engagements started inside the Black Friday window, so if the monthly saving is what matters, order between November 24 and November 30. If getting live sooner matters more, order now.
05Is this a smaller build for a smaller price?
No. The same structure, the same hand-built pages, the same 90+ PageSpeed guarantee, the same 5 revisions a month and the same weekly work. The studio discounts the price for a week; it does not discount the work.
06Can we cancel during the discounted months?
Yes. There is no fixed term at any point. Email us at least 2 business days before your next invoice date and no further invoice is charged. Fees already paid are final, and the refund policy sets out the one charge we do refund.
07What is charged when we order?
The first month of the plan you pick, by card through a secure Stripe checkout, with the 30 percent taken off automatically for engagements started inside the window. It is a monthly subscription: the discounted price repeats for the first 3 months, then the published price applies. Only the monthly plan is charged at checkout; the build fee is struck and never charged.
08How fast can a site actually go live if we order in the sale week?
7 days on Solo Practice, 10 on Multi-Attorney and 15 on Multi-Office, counted from the day we have the firm details we need. Ordering in the window locks the price; the launch clock starts when the questionnaire comes back.
09Is there a separate offer on the last day?
No. It is one price for the whole 7 day window, including Monday, November 30, 2026, the Monday it closes on. There is no better deal held back for the final day, and there is no extension.
