The files

Across the files

Different practices, different regions, the same order of work: agree the words, build it, let the firm's own team test it, hand it over.

  • The clock starts at content approval

Every build here ran 10 to 25 working days after the firm approved the content, staff review and handover included.

  • Firms of 4 to 16 staff

Each file names the size of the firm and the kind of practice, so you can read the ones closest to your own.

  • Intake first, design in service of it

Every file is about the moment someone contacts the firm: what they are asked, where it goes and what they hear back.

  • Anonymized, and never about a legal outcome

No firm is named and no matter is described. Quotes are attributed to the person who gave them, with permission.

Questions about the case studies

01Are these real client firms?

Yes. Every case study and every quote on this page comes from a real client firm and is published with their permission. The firms are anonymized on purpose: each file names the kind of practice, the region and the size, never the business.

02Do these case studies describe legal outcomes?

No. They describe website and intake work only: forms, pages, routing, notifications and how the firm keeps them current. We are not a law firm, attorney or legal service provider, and nothing on a client site is legal advice or creates an attorney-client relationship.

03How long does work like this take?

The builds on this page ran 10 to 25 working days after the firm approved the content, including staff review and handover. A new site on any plan has its own launch timeline, shown on the pricing page.

04Is this work included in a plan, or charged separately?

The forms, pages, routing and updates in these files are part of the managed site, on plans from $137 a month. The one-time build fee is invoiced only after launch. The pricing page shows exactly what each plan carries.

05Can I see this applied to my own firm?

Yes. Book a demo and we walk through the site your firm would get, with your practice areas, offices and inquiry routes on the screen. It takes about 30 minutes.
