A bankruptcy website works when a person who is embarrassed and worried finds a calm page that explains the options in plain words, sees the consultation terms, and reaches the nearest office without a long form. We build a page per chapter and per alternative, office pages, and a short router that asks only what is needed to route.
The problem
- The site uses chapter numbers with no explanation, so visitors searching in plain words never find the page for them.
- A long intake form asks for debt details up front, which stops most people from finishing it.
- Consultation terms are unclear, so people who could be helped do not call.
- Several offices share one form and a person is called back by an office two hours away.
Where it works
We build for bankruptcy firms across the US, by video call and email. Office pages and service-area pages are built for the cities and counties you serve, and each attorney profile lists every state they are admitted in.

The build
Each one written answer-first for a specific search, each routing to the attorney and office that take it.

In their words
The time we spent on the legal intake wording was time well spent. It explains what an inquiry achieves and is honest about what still needs a proper discussion. The awkward 'that's not quite what we meant' conversation has largely disappeared.

Splitting new legal intake inquiries from follow-ups sounded minor and was not. New inquiries get the full form; follow-ups take a shorter route with the question itself. Returning customers no longer repeat the whole form to ask one question.

Not on the invoice
What is not included
Legal advice or a compliance sign-off
We are not a law firm. We write to avoid outcome claims and add the disclaimers you ask for, but the firm reviews its content and stays responsible for its advertising rules.
Revisions beyond 5 a month
Each extra revision is a flat $20, with no hourly billing. Weekly detail updates never count as revisions.
AI usage on the AI Engine plans
The AI Engine is inside the Multi-Attorney and Multi-Office fee; the minutes answered and messages handled are billed at cost each month, with a running total you can see.
The AI Engine on Solo Practice
Solo Practice carries the full site, intake router and management. The AI receptionist, chat and messaging agents start on Multi-Attorney.
Social posts, reels and Google Business Profiles below Multi-Office
The Content Engine is on Multi-Office only. The other plans carry 2 researched articles a week.
A photographer on site
We give photography direction and build around the photos you send, or design pages that work without photos. We do not send a photographer.
Heavy third-party scripts against our advice
The 90+ PageSpeed guarantee does not cover scripts you ask us to add after we have told you what they will cost the score.
How it works
Nothing advances along a track here. Each stage takes weight off the firm and puts it on the studio, until the beam sits level on the day the site goes live.

Built with the rules in mind
These pages help you meet the rules your firm works under. They are not legal advice, and the firm reviews and approves them; we change any wording your compliance review asks for as a weekly update.

Questions from bankruptcy firms
01Does the router ask about debts or income?
No. It asks three routing questions only. Financial details are collected by your team, in your CRM, during the consultation.
02Can the site explain the chapters in plain words?
Yes. Each chapter page and each article explains the general process in plain language with sources cited and a note that nothing on the page is advice for the reader's own finances.
03Can we publish the consultation terms?
Yes. Free or fixed-fee consultation terms appear on every practice area page and in the router, in the wording your jurisdiction allows.
04How do urgent matters get handled?
An inquiry flagged with a pending garnishment or foreclosure date routes according to your rule, whether that is an on-call attorney or a priority flag in your CRM.
05Which plan suits a bankruptcy practice?
Most start on Solo Practice or Multi-Attorney. Firms that receive many evening and weekend inquiries choose Multi-Attorney so the AI agents answer and book consultations.
06Can the site explain Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 separately?
Yes. Each chapter has its own calm, plain-language page, with the attorneys who handle it and a short FAQ.
07Is the intake form discreet?
Yes. It asks three routing questions only and never asks about debts, income or creditors.
08Can we publish our consultation terms?
Yes. Free or fixed-fee consultations are shown on each page and in the router, in the words your rules allow.
