Service

Law firm SEO web design means the site is structured so search engines can index a clear page for every matter type and every office rather than one homepage trying to rank for everything at once, paired with the technical basics, load speed and schema markup matched to what each page actually is, that a search engine needs to understand the page correctly. It does not mean, and no plan here promises, a specific search ranking, a traffic number, or any form of link-building service, since none of those can be guaranteed honestly and none are part of what gets built.

01

Structure before anything else

A single homepage trying to represent a firm's bankruptcy practice, its family law practice and its three office locations all at once gives a search engine nothing specific to match a specific search against. The structural fix is a distinct page for every matter type the firm handles and a distinct page for every office it operates from, each written specifically for that matter or that location rather than one broad page trying to cover all of them. That is a design and information-architecture decision made during the build, not something bolted on afterward.

02

Technical factors built into every page

Every build carries a 90+ PageSpeed guarantee on Cloudflare's CDN, semantic markup rather than generic div soup, and schema matched to what the page actually is, LegalService and Attorney schema on a matter or profile page, FAQPage schema on a page with visible FAQ content, rather than one blanket Organization tag applied uniformly across every page regardless of content. That specificity is what lets a search engine understand a page correctly instead of guessing at what kind of content it is looking at. A matter page, an attorney profile and a general information page each carry markup suited to what they specifically are, instead of one generic template stretched to cover every kind of page on the site.

03

Content as the ongoing half of the structure

A launch-day site structure is a starting point, not a finished one. 2 to 3 new articles publish every week, each 2,500 to 3,200 words, adding new indexable pages on an ongoing basis rather than leaving the site static after launch. That weekly cadence is part of every plan, not a separate content package sold on top of the site build, and it is the mechanism by which the site's structure keeps expanding to cover new questions clients actually search for. A firm that only had five matter pages at launch might have thirty indexable pages a year later, each one addressing a specific question a real prospective client typed into a search bar.

04

What is deliberately not promised

No plan here promises a specific search ranking, a page-one placement, a traffic number, or a link-building service, because none of those outcomes are within a design and development studio's control to guarantee honestly. What is controlled, and delivered, is the page structure, the technical build quality and the ongoing content, the inputs to search visibility rather than a claimed outcome. A firm evaluating any web design offer against a ranking promise should treat that promise itself as a signal worth questioning. A studio willing to guarantee a specific rank is either guessing at something outside its control or setting an expectation it cannot actually be held to once a search engine's own results shift.

Signs you need it

  1. 01You rank for your firm name and little else.
  2. 02One page tries to cover a whole practice group.
  3. 03Your offices have no pages of their own.
  4. 04Your site has no FAQ blocks or structured data.

Deliverables

Structure search engines understand: One page per matter type; One page per office; Schema per page type; 90+ PageSpeed guaranteed; Weekly researched articles. Tiber, the stag mascot, presents it.

Who it is for

  • Firms that want organic search to bring inquiries, not only ads.
  • Multi-office firms that need to show up in each city they serve.
  • Firms that want to appear in featured snippets and AI answers.

Where firms use it

We work remotely with firms across the US, from Texas, Florida and California to New York, Illinois, Georgia. The same structure carries a single-city practice or a firm with offices in several states.

  • TXTexas. Firms with offices in Houston, Dallas and San Antonio, where one site has to route by metro area.
  • FLFlorida. Firms spread along both coasts, often with Spanish-language intake alongside English.
  • CACalifornia. Firms with Northern and Southern California offices several hours apart.
  • NYNew York. Firms whose attorneys are admitted in New York and a neighboring state, shown on every profile.
  • ILIllinois. Chicago firms with suburban offices, where county matters for routing.
  • GAGeorgia. Atlanta firms adding offices across the metro and beyond.

In their words

  • They asked to see the questions customers genuinely ask us about legal intake, which I respected. The recurring questions were pulled out, rewritten clearly, and approved line by line by our team. The phone calls about basic legal intake details have noticeably thinned out.

  • We knew the legal intake document was a problem; we had just never prioritized fixing it. Staff now link to the precise section instead of wishing callers luck with a long document. A printable copy still exists for those who ask.

How the work runs

SEO design maps every matter type to its own page, every office and service area to its own page, writes each answer-first with FAQ schema, and keeps adding researched articles every week.

  1. 01

    Pay the first monthly invoice

The only payment before launch. It starts the build and covers your first month once the site is live.

  2. 02

    Onboarding form and one call

Offices, attorneys, matter types, consultation terms and routing rules. About 15 minutes of form, one call to confirm it.

  3. 03

    The studio designs and builds

Practice area pages, office pages, attorney profiles, the intake router, the CRM connection and redirects from your old site.

  4. 04

You review on a private link

Mark up anything you want changed. Nothing goes live until the firm approves it.

  5. 05

    Launch, then every week

Live on your domain in 7, 10 or 15 days depending on plan. Weekly updates and articles start the same week.

What it costs

The price is set by plan, not by page count or hours. Every plan carries the same design and build quality; what changes is what answers the phone and how much is published each week.

PlanMonthlyLive inBest for
Solo Practice$137 / month7 daysThe website, fully managed
Multi-Attorney
Multi-Office$747 / month15 daysEverything, plus the Content Engine

Plus a $797 one-time build fee, invoiced only after launch and approval. Engagements started on or before Thursday, December 31, 2026 have the $797 build fee waived, so that invoice is never raised. Extra revisions beyond 5 a month are $20 each.

The terms of engagement

Six commitments, stated as terms rather than slogans, with the conditions visible.

  1. Clause 01

The build fee comes after approval

The $797 build fee is invoiced only once the site is live and the firm has approved it. Engagements started on or before Thursday, December 31, 2026 have the $797 build fee waived, so that invoice is never raised.

  2. Clause 02

Nothing goes live until you say so

You review the whole site on a private link and mark up what you want changed. Changes at that stage do not use your monthly revisions.

  3. Clause 03

    90+ PageSpeed, kept

Every page we build and host scores 90+ on Google PageSpeed Insights for mobile and desktop. If a page drops below because of something we did, we fix it at no charge.

  4. Clause 04

Local search work continues until it lands

Local searches in your area start ranking within 3 to 5 months of launch, or the search work continues at no extra charge until they do.

  5. Clause 05

    No fixed term

There is no contract length. Cancel by email with at least 2 business days before your next invoice date, and no further invoice is charged.

  6. Clause 06

Your domain and content are yours

The domain is registered in the firm's name or stays in it. On cancellation you get an export of your content and articles within 14 days.

All sales are final: the one refund the studio makes is for a duplicate or incorrect charge caused by its own billing, reported within 30 days. The refund policy sets out how that works. Read the refund policy.

Questions about law firm SEO web design

01Will this get our firm to page one of search results?

No ranking is ever guaranteed. What is guaranteed is the page structure, technical speed and schema, the factors within a web design studio's actual control.

02Do you build backlinks or offer link-building?

No. Link-building is not part of any plan. The focus here is structural and technical: page architecture, speed and markup.

03How many pages does our firm actually need for good structure?

One page per matter type the firm handles and one page per office, at minimum, plus attorney profile pages, sized to the plan you choose.

04Who writes the weekly articles?

Our content team, as part of your plan, at no separate cost beyond your monthly rate.

05Do you build pages for each city we serve?

Yes, on your site: an office page for each location and service-area pages for the cities and counties you tell us each office covers.

06What about AI search like ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews?

We make the site easy for assistants to understand and cite: llms.txt, consistent names for the firm, offices and attorneys, and answer-first pages with sources. No one can guarantee a mention.

07Does page speed affect our ads too?

Google Ads counts landing page experience in Quality Score, and describes faster mobile landing pages as one of the easiest ways to improve mobile ad results. A fast, relevant page can help lower cost per click.

08Which structured data do you add?

LegalService or Organization for the firm, LocalBusiness for each office, Person for attorneys, Service, FAQPage and BreadcrumbList, generated from the same data as the page.
