This form takes your email address off AttorneyWebStudio marketing email. If the mail itself is fine and there is simply too much of it, there are two lighter settings below instead. No account, no password, and you do not have to tell us why.
What each choice means
There is no wrong answer on this page
Stopping everything is immediate and permanent
We remove the address from every marketing list the studio keeps. We do not add it back later, and we do not pass it to anyone. If the firm becomes a client afterwards, service email about the plan is separate and is not marketing.
Reducing the frequency keeps the useful part
Most people who ask us to stop are really asking us to stop sending so much. The two lighter settings exist so you can have one of those instead, and you can come back to this page and change it again at any time.
How long it takes
The change is saved the moment you send the slip. A message already on its way may still arrive, and anything scheduled is caught within 10 business days at the outside. If something arrives after that, reply to it and we will deal with it by hand.
What happens to the address
Held to run the mailing list, and nothing else
AttorneyWebStudio keeps a suppression record of addresses that have asked to stop, because that is how we make sure the mail does not start again. That record holds the address and the date, and it is never sold, rented or passed to anyone. Everything else is in the privacy policy, and what the site itself stores in a browser is in the cookie policy. If you want the address erased rather than suppressed, say so in the notes field and we will do that instead.
