Leaf 12 · Demo
A 30-minute live walk-through of the AttorneyWebStudio site your firm would get: practice area pages, office pages, attorney profiles and the intake router, on your screen.
A live site, not slides
We open a site built for your kind of firm and walk through the practice area pages, an office page, an attorney profile and the intake router.
Your offices and matter types
We sketch how your firm would map onto the structure: which offices, which matter types, who takes what, and how inquiries should route.
A plan and a launch date
You leave knowing the plan that fits (Solo Practice, Multi-Attorney, Multi-Office), what we need from you, and the week the site goes live.
Plans from $137 a month. The $797 build fee is invoiced only after the site is live and approved. No contract, cancel any month.

Before the call
Nothing is required. These make the walk-through specific to your firm.
01Your current website address
So we can show what would change, page by page.
02Your offices
Where they are and which counties or cities each covers.
03Your matter types
The kinds of work you actually take, and any you want to stop attracting.
04Who takes what
Roughly which attorneys handle which matters, so we can sketch the routing.
05Your CRM
The system inquiries should land in, such as Clio Grow, Lawmatics, HubSpot or GoHighLevel.
In their words
I tested the legal intake page on my own phone before we approved anything. The important details sit near the top and the inquiry button is impossible to miss. It is far more practical than the old page when we share it with a caller.

We asked for substance over slogans on the legal intake page, and that is what we got. They helped us select reference material that actually means something and explain it properly. It reads like the honest version of the calls we have every day.

Questions about the demo
01Is the demo a sales pitch?
It is a walk-through of a working site and how your firm would map onto it. You leave knowing the plan that fits and the launch week, with no obligation.
02How long is the demo?
About 30 minutes on a video call.
03Who should attend from our firm?
Whoever decides on the website, usually a managing partner, the firm administrator or the marketing lead. Intake staff are welcome if routing matters to you.
04Do we need to prepare anything?
No, but your website address, office list and matter types make the walk-through specific to you.
05Will you show the AI receptionist?
Yes, if you are considering a plan that includes the AI Engine. We show how it answers, books and hands over, and how it declines legal questions.
06What happens after the demo?
If you go ahead, you pay the first monthly invoice, fill in the onboarding form and have one onboarding call. The site is live in 7 to 15 days depending on plan.
07Can we get the pricing in writing?
It is already published on the pricing page: plans from $137 a month, the $797 build fee after launch, 5 revisions a month included.
08Can we book outside business hours?
Tell us your time zone and constraints and we find a time that suits your firm.
