A multi-office firm is best served by one website with a hub-and-spoke structure: the firm at the center, a location page for each office, practice area pages shared across the firm, and attorney profiles that say who sits where. We build that structure, redirect any old office sites into it, and route every inquiry by matter type and location.
The problem
- Each office runs its own website, so the firm competes with itself in search and the brand looks like three different firms.
- Attorney profiles are duplicated and out of step across sites, so the same partner has two different bios.
- Inquiries are not routed by office, so the intake team forwards emails by hand and matters fall between offices.
- Opening a new office means commissioning a new site, and the old ones never quite match.
Where it works
We build for multi-office firms across the US, by video call and email. Office pages and service-area pages are built for the cities and counties you serve, and each attorney profile lists every state they are admitted in.
- TXTexas. Firms with offices in Houston, Dallas and San Antonio, where one site has to route by metro area.
- FLFlorida. Firms spread along both coasts, often with Spanish-language intake alongside English.
- CACalifornia. Firms with Northern and Southern California offices several hours apart.
- NYNew York. Firms whose attorneys are admitted in New York and a neighboring state, shown on every profile.
- ILIllinois. Chicago firms with suburban offices, where county matters for routing.

The build
Each one written answer-first for a specific search, each routing to the attorney and office that take it.

- Offices overview
- One page per office with map, hours, attorneys and matter types
- One page per practice area, shared across offices
- One profile per attorney, listing their offices

In their words
We used to forward legal intake emails around and hope somebody had replied. Every inquiry arrives with an owner, a status, and the context attached. Holiday cover stopped being an archaeological exercise.

Our legal intake information finally sits beside the contact details that belong with it. The visitor picks their location once, and it follows the message all the way to the reply. Simpler for visitors, and much simpler for whoever covers the phone.

Not on the invoice
What is not included
Legal advice or a compliance sign-off
We are not a law firm. We write to avoid outcome claims and add the disclaimers you ask for, but the firm reviews its content and stays responsible for its advertising rules.
Revisions beyond 5 a month
Each extra revision is a flat $20, with no hourly billing. Weekly detail updates never count as revisions.
AI usage on the AI Engine plans
The AI Engine is inside the Multi-Attorney and Multi-Office fee; the minutes answered and messages handled are billed at cost each month, with a running total you can see.
The AI Engine on Solo Practice
Solo Practice carries the full site, intake router and management. The AI receptionist, chat and messaging agents start on Multi-Attorney.
Social posts, reels and Google Business Profiles below Multi-Office
The Content Engine is on Multi-Office only. The other plans carry 2 researched articles a week.
A photographer on site
We give photography direction and build around the photos you send, or design pages that work without photos. We do not send a photographer.
Heavy third-party scripts against our advice
The 90+ PageSpeed guarantee does not cover scripts you ask us to add after we have told you what they will cost the score.
How it works
Nothing advances along a track here. Each stage takes weight off the firm and puts it on the studio, until the beam sits level on the day the site goes live.

Built with the rules in mind
These pages help you meet the rules your firm works under. They are not legal advice, and the firm reviews and approves them; we change any wording your compliance review asks for as a weekly update.

Questions from multi-office firms
01Should each office have its own website?
Usually not. One site with a page per office keeps the firm's search authority together, keeps the brand and the attorney profiles consistent, and lets intake route by office. We redirect the old office sites so nothing that ranked is lost.
02What happens when we open a new office?
We add the office page from the same template, add its attorneys and matter types, add its routing rules and its Google Business Profile link, and redirect any local domain. It is normally live within the week.
03Can offices in different states have different content?
Yes. Office pages and the practice area pages that apply to them can carry state-specific wording, disclaimers and consultation terms, while the firm-level pages stay shared.
04How does the AI receptionist know which office to book?
It uses the same routing rules as the website router, so a call from a given county about a given matter type is booked into the same office the web inquiry would reach.
05Which plan suits a multi-office firm?
Multi-Office, which adds the Content Engine and a managed Google Business Profile for each office. Firms with two offices sometimes start on Multi-Attorney.
06Can every office have its own phone, hours and attorneys?
Yes. Each office page carries its own details, and the routing and AI receptionist follow the same office rules.
07Can offices in different states share one site?
Yes. One domain carries every office, with state details on each office page and admissions on each profile.
08What happens to our old office domains?
They redirect permanently to their section of the firm site, so any authority they built carries across.
