A family law firm website works when a person in a hard moment can find the page for their exact situation, understand how the firm handles it, and reach the right attorney without explaining themselves twice. We build a page per matter type, a discreet intake route, and office pages that show who sits where.

The problem

  • A single "Family law" page tries to cover divorce, custody, support and adoption and ranks for none of them.
  • The inquiry form asks for a paragraph of detail up front, which is exactly what someone in this situation does not want to type.
  • Attorney profiles are inconsistent, so a visitor cannot tell who handles custody and who handles high-asset divorce.
  • Consultation fees differ by matter type and are nowhere on the site, so the first call is spent on logistics.

Where it works

We build for family law firms across the US, by video call and email. Office pages and service-area pages are built for the cities and counties you serve, and each attorney profile lists every state they are admitted in.

Pages a family law site carries: Divorce; Child custody and parenting time; Child and spousal support; Adoption; Intake router for family matters. Tiber, the stag mascot, presents it.

The build

Each one written answer-first for a specific search, each routing to the attorney and office that take it.

In their words

  • The time we spent on the legal intake wording was time well spent. It explains what an inquiry achieves and is honest about what still needs a proper discussion. The awkward 'that's not quite what we meant' conversation has largely disappeared.

  • Our deliberately awkward question was: what if the legal intake form breaks? They added a clear alternative contact route and verified that test messages reach the right inbox. That attention to the invisible parts of the site gave me confidence in the handover.

The schedule

What the monthly fee covers on every plan, and, just as plainly, what it does not.

What is not included

  • Legal advice or a compliance sign-off

We are not a law firm. We write to avoid outcome claims and add the disclaimers you ask for, but the firm reviews its content and stays responsible for its advertising rules.

  • Revisions beyond 5 a month

Each extra revision is a flat $20, with no hourly billing. Weekly detail updates never count as revisions.

  • AI usage on the AI Engine plans

The AI Engine is inside the Multi-Attorney and Multi-Office fee; the minutes answered and messages handled are billed at cost each month, with a running total you can see.

  • The AI Engine on Solo Practice

Solo Practice carries the full site, intake router and management. The AI receptionist, chat and messaging agents start on Multi-Attorney.

  • Social posts, reels and Google Business Profiles below Multi-Office

The Content Engine is on Multi-Office only. The other plans carry 2 researched articles a week.

  • A photographer on site

We give photography direction and build around the photos you send, or design pages that work without photos. We do not send a photographer.

  • Heavy third-party scripts against our advice

The 90+ PageSpeed guarantee does not cover scripts you ask us to add after we have told you what they will cost the score.

How it works

Nothing advances along a track here. Each stage takes weight off the firm and puts it on the studio, until the beam sits level on the day the site goes live.

Questions from family law firms

01Can the intake route be discreet?

Yes. The router asks three short questions and nothing more. It does not ask for a narrative, it does not ask for the other party's name, and it confirms on screen that the inquiry is confidential to the firm.

02Can different matter types show different consultation fees?

Yes. Each practice area page and each router path shows the consultation terms you set for that matter type. Changing a fee is a weekly update.

03Do you write about custody and divorce in the articles?

We write plain-language explanations of how these processes generally work in your state, citing the sources, with a clear note that nothing in the article is advice about a reader's own situation.

04What if a matter is urgent, such as a protective order?

You set the rule. Inquiries marked urgent can route to an on-call attorney and trigger an immediate notification in your CRM, and the AI receptionist on Multi-Attorney and above hands those calls to a person straight away.

05Which plan suits a family law firm?

Solo and small family practices often start on Solo Practice. Firms whose inquiries arrive in the evening, as family inquiries often do, usually choose Multi-Attorney for the AI receptionist and messaging agents.

06Can the site show which attorney handles custody versus divorce?

Yes. Each attorney profile lists the matter types they take, and each matter type page shows the attorneys tagged to it.

07Can we publish different fees for different matters?

Yes. Consultation terms are set per matter type on each page and in each router path, and updated the week they change.

08Will the site feel appropriate for sensitive situations?

We write in calm, plain language, keep forms short and avoid imagery of families in distress. Every page says the site is not legal advice.
