Leaf 15 · The order

The $797 one-time build fee is normally invoiced once your site is live and the firm has approved it. Start an engagement on or before Thursday, December 31, 2026 and that invoice is never raised. The monthly plans are unchanged, the work is unchanged, and the site is live in 7 days. When you order, the first month of your plan is paid through Stripe; the build fee is not charged.

The waiver is open to engagements started on or before Thursday, December 31, 2026.

What you are ordering

Every plan carries the same site: a page per matter type, a page per office, a profile per attorney, the intake router and the blog. What changes is what answers the phone and how much gets published.

Ordering opens a secure Stripe checkout for the monthly plan only: the first month is charged today and the plan renews monthly, with no fixed term. The build fee is never added at checkout. Prices are the standing monthly plans; nothing about them changes under this waiver. AI usage on Multi-Attorney is billed at cost with a running total you can see. The waiver

One date, and the build fee is gone from the engagement

The waiver is open to any plan started on or before Thursday, December 31, 2026. That is the whole condition: one published date, which does not move forward every time you come back.

The sequence

Five steps from the order to a live site. A person runs each one and tells you when it is done.

  • 01A kickoff call inside one working day

Your first month is paid through Stripe when you order and the receipt arrives by email. A person at the studio then confirms the plan you chose and books a 30 minute call to map your offices, your matter types and who takes what.

  • 02The intake questionnaire, in your client portal

Attorneys, bar admissions, offices, hours, consultation terms and the practice areas you actually take. Send what you have in whatever form you have it; we chase the gaps.

  • 03The studio designs and builds

A page per matter type, a page per office, a profile per attorney, the intake router and the blog. Hand-built, no page builder. Live in 7 days on Solo Practice, 10 on Multi-Attorney, 15 on Multi-Office.

  • 04Review, then launch on your word

You see the site on a private link and mark up anything you want changed. Nothing goes live until the firm says so, and changes at this stage do not count against the 5 monthly revisions.

  • 05The invoice that normally follows launch never arrives

Ordinarily the $797 build fee is invoiced once the site is live and approved. While the waiver stands, that invoice is not raised at all. The monthly plan you paid for when you ordered simply carries on, and nothing else is added.

From your side

Send it in whatever form you already have it: a folder of headshots, an old brochure, a spreadsheet of hours. We do the sorting, and we chase what is missing.

  • Your firm name and logo, if you have one
  • The offices you run, with addresses and hours
  • Every attorney, with a photo and a short biography
  • Bar admissions and the courts you appear in
  • The matter types you actually take
  • Consultation terms for each office
  • Where inquiries should be routed
  • Your current domain, or the one you want
  • Access to your intake CRM, if you use one
  • Anything a client always asks before calling

What is guaranteed

  • The speed is a guarantee, not a hope

Every page we ship scores 90+ on PageSpeed. If a page we built falls under it, we fix it as priority work at no charge and it does not touch your revisions.

  • No fixed term, ever

There is no contract length and no early exit fee. Cancel with 2 business days notice before your invoice date and no further invoice is charged.

  • The domain and the content stay yours

The domain is registered in the firm name. If you leave, the domain and everything written for it leave with you.

  • What is and is not refundable

All sales are final, and the one refund we make is for a duplicate or incorrect charge on our side. Read it in full before you order.

From the record

We had three office sites that looked like three different firms. Now there is one site, a page for each office, and an inquiry from Fort Bend goes to the office that covers Fort Bend. Nobody forwards anything by hand anymore.

Renata Okafor, Managing partnerPersonal injury firm, three offices, Houston, TX. Got: Three office websites merged into one, with routed intake

Our after-hours calls used to go to voicemail and get returned the next afternoon. Now the phone is answered, the details are in our CRM with a summary, and the attorney who handles that matter type sees it first thing.

Daniel Whitcombe, Firm administratorFamily law practice, six attorneys, Tampa, FL. Got: Intake router and the AI receptionist after hours

Illustrative sample reviews. The names, firms and quotes are examples written to show the kind of work described, not statements from real clients. Verified reviews replace them as real firms send them.

Before you order

Questions about this order

01What do I pay today, and what do I pay later?

Today you pay the first month of the plan you choose, by card through Stripe: $137, $297 plus AI usage, or $747 a month. It is a monthly subscription, charged again on the same date each month. Only the monthly plan is charged at checkout. The $797 one-time build fee, which is normally invoiced after your site is live and approved, is struck from the engagement while this waiver is open. There is nothing else to add: the domain and Cloudflare hosting are inside the monthly fee.

02Is the build fee waived, or just deferred to later?

Waived. The build fee is normally invoiced once the site is live and the firm has approved it. On an engagement started on or before Thursday, December 31, 2026, that invoice is never raised, this month or any month after it. It is not added to the monthly fee and it is not spread across the year.

03When does the waiver close?

Thursday, December 31, 2026. That is the last day an engagement can be started under the waiver. The date is fixed and published here; it does not move forward every time you reload this page, and there is no countdown that resets.

04Which plan should a firm of our size order?

Solo Practice carries the whole structure, so a firm with one office and a handful of attorneys is complete on it. Multi-Attorney adds the AI Engine, which is what firms order when inquiries arrive while nobody can answer the phone. Multi-Office adds the Content Engine and the Google Business Profile work, which matters once you have several offices with their own map listings. You can move up a plan at any time and the structure does not change.

05How long until our site is live?

7 days on Solo Practice, 10 on Multi-Attorney and 15 on Multi-Office, counted from the day we have what we need from the firm. The questionnaire is the only thing that usually delays a launch, which is why a person walks you through it on the kickoff call.

06What happens if we want changes after launch?

5 revisions a month are included on every plan and a revision is one change request of any size: a new attorney profile, a rewritten practice area page, a new office section. Each one is completed within 2 to 5 working days. After five in a month, each further revision is $20 flat, with no hourly billing. Weekly detail updates, such as an attorney moving office or a new bar admission, never count against a revision.

07Can we cancel, and are the fees refundable?

There is no fixed term. Email us at least 2 business days before your next invoice date and no further invoice is charged. Fees already paid are final: all sales are final, and the only refund we make is for a duplicate or incorrect charge caused by our own billing, reported within 30 days. The refund policy sets out exactly how that works.

08Do we have to move our domain to you?

No. If you already own the firm domain, we point it at the new site and you keep it exactly where it is. If you would rather we handle it, we register or transfer it in the firm name and it stays yours whatever happens to the plan.

09We are not a law firm yet, or we are between firms. Can we still order?

We build and manage websites for law firms, and we are not a law firm, attorney or legal service provider. We do not advise on whether or when to form a practice. If the firm exists and can be named on the site, we can build it.

Everything else is answered on the full question list, the numbers behind this page are set out on the pricing page, and the Black Friday week is priced separately on the Black Friday page.
