Service

Multi-office law firm website design puts every location under one domain, with a dedicated location page per office carrying its own map, hours, attorney roster and schema, rather than standing up a separate website for each office that splits the firm's search visibility three or four ways and triples the hosting and design work needed to keep everything consistent. A firm with three offices in three counties gains nothing from three unrelated domains competing against each other in search results when one well-structured domain would consolidate that same visibility instead of dividing it.

Who it is for

  • Firms with two or more offices, in one state or several.
  • Firms planning to open or acquire offices.
  • Firms whose offices each built their own website over the years.
01

The mistake of a separate site per office

A firm that opens a second and third office sometimes ends up with three separate domains, one per location, often because each office was set up at a different time by a different person without a shared plan. The result is three sets of hosting and SSL to manage, three inconsistent designs that clearly do not look like the same firm, and search authority split three ways instead of accumulating in one place. None of that fragmentation serves the firm, it is simply what happens by default when offices are added without a unified structure in mind.

02

What a location page actually includes

Each office gets its own page under the shared domain: the address and hours specific to that location, an embedded map, the roster of attorneys who work out of that office, and LocalBusiness and Attorney schema scoped to that specific location rather than the firm as a whole. A visitor searching for a firm's downtown office finds a page built specifically for that office, not a shared contact page listing three addresses in one paragraph. That level of specificity also matters for a visitor using a map app or a voice search to find the nearest office, since the page answers exactly that question rather than requiring them to scroll past two other locations first.

03

How a new office gets added later

A firm opening a third office in a neighboring county does not need a new domain or a new site. A new location page gets added under the existing structure, either as part of the initial 15-day Multi-Office build if planned from the start, or as a revision afterward if the office opens later, using the plan's monthly allotment rather than a new development project. The new page follows the same design system, the same schema pattern and the same attorney-roster structure as every existing office page, so a visitor cannot tell which location was part of the original launch and which one was added two years afterward.

04

Why one domain helps rather than one office per site

A single domain accumulating history, links and consistent structure over time sends a more coherent signal than the same activity split across three or four separate domains competing for attention. This is stated carefully as a structural argument, not a promise of specific rank: consolidating under one domain is a sounder foundation than fragmenting it, regardless of exactly how a search engine chooses to rank any specific page. It is the same logic that applies to a firm's reputation generally: a single, consistent presence is easier for both people and search engines to recognize as one firm than three separate outposts that happen to share a name.

Where firms use it

We work remotely with firms across the US, from Texas, Florida and California to New York, Illinois, Georgia. The same structure carries a single-city practice or a firm with offices in several states.

  • TXTexas. Firms with offices in Houston, Dallas and San Antonio, where one site has to route by metro area.
  • FLFlorida. Firms spread along both coasts, often with Spanish-language intake alongside English.
  • CACalifornia. Firms with Northern and Southern California offices several hours apart.
  • NYNew York. Firms whose attorneys are admitted in New York and a neighboring state, shown on every profile.
  • ILIllinois. Chicago firms with suburban offices, where county matters for routing.
  • GAGeorgia. Atlanta firms adding offices across the metro and beyond.

Signs you need it

  1. 01Each office has its own domain and look.
  2. 02Inquiries reach the wrong office and are forwarded by hand.
  3. 03Office hours, phones and attorneys are wrong on some pages.
  4. 04Opening an office means commissioning another site.

Deliverables

One domain, every office: One shared domain; A page per office; Office attorney rosters; One client portal; New offices as revisions. Tiber, the stag mascot, presents it.

How the work runs

We map offices, counties and matter types into routing rules, build a page per office from one template, and point every old office domain at its new section.

  1. 01

    Pay the first monthly invoice

The only payment before launch. It starts the build and covers your first month once the site is live.

  2. 02

    Onboarding form and one call

Offices, attorneys, matter types, consultation terms and routing rules. About 15 minutes of form, one call to confirm it.

  3. 03

    The studio designs and builds

Practice area pages, office pages, attorney profiles, the intake router, the CRM connection and redirects from your old site.

  4. 04

You review on a private link

Mark up anything you want changed. Nothing goes live until the firm approves it.

  5. 05

    Launch, then every week

Live on your domain in 7, 10 or 15 days depending on plan. Weekly updates and articles start the same week.

In their words

  • We used to forward legal intake emails around and hope somebody had replied. Every inquiry arrives with an owner, a status, and the context attached. Holiday cover stopped being an archaeological exercise.

The terms of engagement

Six commitments, stated as terms rather than slogans, with the conditions visible.

  1. Clause 01

The build fee comes after approval

The $797 build fee is invoiced only once the site is live and the firm has approved it. Engagements started on or before Thursday, December 31, 2026 have the $797 build fee waived, so that invoice is never raised.

  2. Clause 02

Nothing goes live until you say so

You review the whole site on a private link and mark up what you want changed. Changes at that stage do not use your monthly revisions.

  3. Clause 03

    90+ PageSpeed, kept

Every page we build and host scores 90+ on Google PageSpeed Insights for mobile and desktop. If a page drops below because of something we did, we fix it at no charge.

  4. Clause 04

Local search work continues until it lands

Local searches in your area start ranking within 3 to 5 months of launch, or the search work continues at no extra charge until they do.

  5. Clause 05

    No fixed term

There is no contract length. Cancel by email with at least 2 business days before your next invoice date, and no further invoice is charged.

  6. Clause 06

Your domain and content are yours

The domain is registered in the firm's name or stays in it. On cancellation you get an export of your content and articles within 14 days.

All sales are final: the one refund the studio makes is for a duplicate or incorrect charge caused by its own billing, reported within 30 days. The refund policy sets out how that works. Read the refund policy.

Questions about multi-office law firm website design

01Should each of our offices have its own website?

No. One domain for the firm with a dedicated page per office consolidates search authority and design consistency instead of splitting both across separate sites.

02What happens when we open a new office?

A location page is added under the existing site, either as part of your initial build or as a revision afterward.

03Does each office need separate hosting?

No. Cloudflare hosting covers the entire site under one account, regardless of how many office pages it includes.

04Which plan is this?

Multi-Office, at $747 a month, with a 15-day build window.

05Can one site serve offices in different states?

Yes. Each office page carries its own address, state, hours and attorneys, and routing sends inquiries by location. Profiles show every state an attorney is admitted in.

06How is intake routed between offices?

By rules you set: which office covers which counties, which attorneys take which matter types, and what happens when a matter is urgent.

07Does each office get its own Google Business Profile?

Each office page is built to match its profile. On the top plan the Content Engine keeps every office's Google Business Profile accurate and active.

08Can each office keep its own phone number?

Yes. Every office page shows its own number, and the AI receptionist on the AI Engine plans follows the same office rules.
