A personal injury firm website earns its keep by ranking for each injury type in each city the firm serves, and by getting the inquiry to the right intake person the moment it arrives, whatever the hour. We build one site with a page per case type, a page per office, and an intake router that sends every inquiry to the office and attorney who should take it.
The problem
- The site has one "Personal injury" page competing against every firm in the state instead of a page per case type per city.
- Inquiries land in a shared inbox after hours and are answered the next morning, by which time the person has called two other firms.
- Each office has its own website, so the firm competes with itself in search and the intake team cannot see the whole picture.
- The site is slow on mobile, where almost every injury search happens, and visitors leave before the inquiry form appears.
Where it works
We build for personal injury firms across the US, by video call and email. Office pages and service-area pages are built for the cities and counties you serve, and each attorney profile lists every state they are admitted in.
- TXTexas. Firms with offices in Houston, Dallas and San Antonio, where one site has to route by metro area.
- FLFlorida. Firms spread along both coasts, often with Spanish-language intake alongside English.
- CACalifornia. Firms with Northern and Southern California offices several hours apart.
- NYNew York. Firms whose attorneys are admitted in New York and a neighboring state, shown on every profile.
- ILIllinois. Chicago firms with suburban offices, where county matters for routing.

The build
Each one written answer-first for a specific search, each routing to the attorney and office that take it.
- Home
- Car accident cases
- Truck and commercial vehicle cases
- Slip and fall cases
- Medical negligence cases
- Wrongful death cases
- One page per office
- One profile per attorney
In their words
We knew the legal intake document was a problem; we had just never prioritized fixing it. Staff now link to the precise section instead of wishing callers luck with a long document. A printable copy still exists for those who ask.

The old legal intake form lost people at the error message; we knew because they told us. Labels stay put, errors explain themselves, and valid answers survive a failed attempt. Staff demonstrating the form to a customer no longer have to apologize for it.

Not on the invoice
What is not included
Legal advice or a compliance sign-off
We are not a law firm. We write to avoid outcome claims and add the disclaimers you ask for, but the firm reviews its content and stays responsible for its advertising rules.
Revisions beyond 5 a month
Each extra revision is a flat $20, with no hourly billing. Weekly detail updates never count as revisions.
AI usage on the AI Engine plans
The AI Engine is inside the Multi-Attorney and Multi-Office fee; the minutes answered and messages handled are billed at cost each month, with a running total you can see.
The AI Engine on Solo Practice
Solo Practice carries the full site, intake router and management. The AI receptionist, chat and messaging agents start on Multi-Attorney.
Social posts, reels and Google Business Profiles below Multi-Office
The Content Engine is on Multi-Office only. The other plans carry 2 researched articles a week.
A photographer on site
We give photography direction and build around the photos you send, or design pages that work without photos. We do not send a photographer.
Heavy third-party scripts against our advice
The 90+ PageSpeed guarantee does not cover scripts you ask us to add after we have told you what they will cost the score.
How it works
Nothing advances along a track here. Each stage takes weight off the firm and puts it on the studio, until the beam sits level on the day the site goes live.

Built with the rules in mind
These pages help you meet the rules your firm works under. They are not legal advice, and the firm reviews and approves them; we change any wording your compliance review asks for as a weekly update.

Questions from personal injury firms
01Can the site say we offer free consultations and work on contingency?
Yes, in the words your jurisdiction allows. We publish the consultation and fee terms you give us, on every case-type page and inside the intake router, and change them the same week if they change.
02Does the intake router assess whether someone has a case?
No. It routes the inquiry and shows your consultation terms. It never comments on the merits, never estimates a value and never gives legal advice. Every screen says so.
03How do you handle several offices covering different counties?
Each office gets a location page with its own map, attorneys and case types. Routing rules send an inquiry from a given county to the office you assign to it, and the AI receptionist on Multi-Attorney and above follows the same rules.
04Will the articles make outcome claims?
Never. Articles explain how a type of matter typically moves, what to bring to a consultation and what to expect from the process, with sources cited and a not-legal-advice note on every one.
05Which plan suits a personal injury firm?
PI firms that take calls around the clock usually start on Multi-Attorney, which adds the AI receptionist, chat and SMS agents. Firms with several offices and a local presence to keep current in each often choose Multi-Office for the Content Engine and managed Google Business Profiles.
06Can we have a page for each injury type in each city?
Yes, where it is useful: a page per case type, an office page per location, and service-area pages for the cities and counties each office covers, all on your site. We avoid near-duplicate pages that only swap a city name.
07Does a faster site help our Google Ads?
It can. Google Ads counts landing page experience in Quality Score and calls faster mobile landing pages one of the easiest ways to improve mobile ad results. More of your paid injury clicks stay long enough to start an inquiry. We do not promise a cost per click.
08Can Spanish-speaking visitors use the site?
Yes. We can build Spanish-language pages and intake routes alongside English, and the AI Engine can be configured to reply in Spanish on the plans that include it.
