Before the build

Recto · The starting point

What the site did before

All legal intake mail arrived in one shared box watched by several people between other tasks. Responsibility attached to whoever felt guilty first.

Verso · The problem

What that meant day to day

For legal intake, two people sometimes answered the same message while another inquiry sat untouched. Covering a colleague's day off meant reading entire threads just to learn their status.

What we built

Requests now arrive with practice area, county and safe callback time, an assigned owner and a straightforward status marker. Absences are covered by a nominated backup rather than by guesswork.

What changed

Day to day with legal intake, ownership, status and backup are visible at a glance.

The messages about legal intake always arrived. What was missing was a name next to each one. Now there is one.

Questions about this file

01How long did the estate planning and probate practice build take?

20 working days after content approval, including staff review and handover. The count starts when the firm approves the content, so the firm sets the start date.

02Which plan covers work like this?

Everything used here sits inside inquiries into your intake crm and office and attorney pages, which come with every plan, from $137 a month. The build fee is invoiced only after launch.

03Why is the firm not named?

Client firms are anonymized on purpose. The case study names the kind of practice, the region and the size, and the quote is attributed to the person who gave it, with their permission.

04Does the intake on a client site give legal advice?

No. The intake asks for the details the firm needs to reply and routes the inquiry. It is not legal advice, it never comments on the merits of a matter, and submitting an inquiry does not create an attorney-client relationship. We are not a law firm, attorney or legal service provider.
