Before the build

Recto · The starting point

What the site did before

The legal intake content assumed a wide screen and a patient reader. Mobile visitors got a condensed menu and a long scroll before any way to make contact.

Verso · The problem

What that meant day to day

When it comes to legal intake, visitors opened one menu section after another just to piece together the offer and locate the right contact route. When customers asked where to click, staff could not give a short answer.

What we built

On phones, a stripped-back menu leads with an overview and attorney admissions and the firm's consultation process, ending at an unmistakable inquiry button. Page sections follow the sequence of real visitor questions rather than internal structure.

What changed

With legal intake, the mobile path now ends where it should: at an inquiry. Guiding callers through the menu has stopped being part of anyone's job.

I can text the legal intake link mid-conversation and know the person will find the button. I used to have to talk them through the menu step by step.

Questions about this file

01How long did the personal injury claims firm build take?

15 working days after content approval, including staff review and handover. The count starts when the firm approves the content, so the firm sets the start date.

02Which plan covers work like this?

Everything used here sits inside pages that open instantly and practice area pages, which come with every plan, from $137 a month. The build fee is invoiced only after launch.

03Why is the firm not named?

Client firms are anonymized on purpose. The case study names the kind of practice, the region and the size, and the quote is attributed to the person who gave it, with their permission.

04Does the intake on a client site give legal advice?

No. The intake asks for the details the firm needs to reply and routes the inquiry. It is not legal advice, it never comments on the merits of a matter, and submitting an inquiry does not create an attorney-client relationship. We are not a law firm, attorney or legal service provider.
