Before the build

Recto · The starting point

What the site did before

Preparation guidance for legal intake went out one email at a time from the employment law advisory practice. Staff kept rewording the same ageing template.

Verso · The problem

What that meant day to day

Day to day with legal intake, first meetings opened with expectation repair. Some attendees had over-prepared, others not at all, and the difference consumed the conversation's useful minutes.

What we built

A plain-language preparation page now explains practice area, county and safe callback time and introduces attorney admissions and the firm's consultation process. Public forms request only initial inquiry details; any later exchange of sensitive records follows the business's approved process.

What changed

For legal intake, the first conversation now starts on firm ground. Customers have read the same guide, and the line between initial inquiry and sensitive paperwork is clearly drawn.

People arrive at legal intake conversations knowing what to expect. The guide says it once, properly, and we all stop repeating it.

Questions about this file

01How long did the employment law advisory practice build take?

10 working days after content approval, including staff review and handover. The count starts when the firm approves the content, so the firm sets the start date.

02Which plan covers work like this?

Everything used here sits inside practice area pages and intake router, which come with every plan, from $137 a month. The build fee is invoiced only after launch.

03Why is the firm not named?

Client firms are anonymized on purpose. The case study names the kind of practice, the region and the size, and the quote is attributed to the person who gave it, with their permission.

04Does the intake on a client site give legal advice?

No. The intake asks for the details the firm needs to reply and routes the inquiry. It is not legal advice, it never comments on the merits of a matter, and submitting an inquiry does not create an attorney-client relationship. We are not a law firm, attorney or legal service provider.
